Just opened. Surprised that the back of the watch says "Water Resistant" and not "Water Resistant" as stated in the watch information on the Revain website. Maybe I should have known better considering the low price, but I seem to trust the information I've read about Revain too much. I was looking for a water resistant watch, especially since my wife's previous Timex didn't hold up well in the washing machine. I hope this watch doesn't have to endure such an adventure. Otherwise it seems like a good watch and since the Tomex watch it's ever had seems to have almost doubled in price since we bought it less than a year ago (!) it seems a much better choice for being the main water clock. Perennial clock. I just feel that the fact that it isn't waterproof, just waterproof, should have been clarified. That would make me question other claims about Revane!?
