First cartridge opened; Put it in the car according to the instructions. will never work. I kept flashing that I needed a new toner. Removed and replaced several times. never worked I took it off and replaced my old cartridge which wasn't completely empty and everything was fine. Opened the second cartridge. After several attempts, it turned on and started printing, but the copies are distorted and very dark. The device still needs new toner. I verified numbers etc and they should work but they don't. There have been no issues with these toner cartridges in the past, but obviously something is wrong with this stock. Do you want me to send them back to you for checking?
