I've just put on my yoga socks and gloves for a sweaty Barre3 class and I have to say these little gems are amazing! I use a yoga mat in class like everyone else, but my hands and feet are always sweaty, and to be honest, I slip a lot more than is comfortable or safe. Socks help me stay where I need to be and gloves provide extra stability when needed. Gloves have proven more useful to me in other activities, particularly yoga and Pilates, where slipping off your hands can do a lot of damage fairly quickly, so they're not without their merits. These items are excellent and absolutely useful - I would highly recommend them to anyone who is serious about mat work and wants the added security of a non-slip workout.
