These are great looking and quick ATV's. It pulls me at full speed on the street and i am 200lbs. I ordered two of these for my 9 and 12 year old boys for Christmas. From the time I ordered them to the time they arrived was about a week. They arrived in wooden crates and well packaged with no damage. The customer service at Moto xpro is awesome.they are very responsive and helpful. There are no instructions so the first one took about 3 hours to build. For the most part you will need to do the following.*Attach front suspension*Install rims and tires in front and back*Fill tires a with air*Add acid to battery and charge it (our battery cables were loose so we had to place a small washer between the battery and cables)*Drain factory oil and add new 10w40*Install rack on the back ( make sure not to install too close to the seat or you won't be able to slide the seat on)* add gas and start it upOurs start up quickly with no issues I definitely recommend these for older kids or even adults.
