I think it's ok. But what use is a sliding shelving system if there are no grid inserts in the extended space? So I can expand it, but then I just have some empty spaces. I might as well make it very small and then use the space next to this system. However, if I do, I won't gain much compared to how things were when I started. Okay - I guess I'll just roll it up to fit 10 pieces. Expanded to full size, I was able to use a total of 17 grid shelves. And I would happily pay extra for them if they were available.
