At this time they have nothing, no positive reviews or anything even remotely like that as far their business is concerned! Not only does it not help with my clients' concerns regarding online customer support but I personally did everything in order to resolve an unresolved issue we had about 1 year ago when searching them first upon discovery from other social media channels such at Twitter etc., however there was still absolutely NO response received nor resolution reached!!I contacted many representatives asking why has repugnacom done what you guys are doing since 2016 without any action taken? There were multiple people who assured me something would be resolved after some more calls/emails sent out until one day (it took 6 months before i actually got notified) someone else called saying she will do all her best efforts along side us till final outcome. I like that it allows me to see all reviews from my phone, tablet or computer. It is easy enought to use but does take some time getting used to how everything works once you open an account with them. The user interface could be better as far as explaining what each thing means if there are options one might not understand easily without explanation. We have been able solve many issues when we were missing information in regards to where negative comments about us had come from.
