Product description shown Manufactured by GE, Made in USA; with embossed GE logo. The author has already purchased and used the REAL GE lock and liked it very much. . . The product delivered was a poorly made counterfeit from CHINA; not even close to REAL. The REAL "GE-Lock" has a "Super Strong Magnet" so it can be attached to the underside of your mild steel car to store the key when you lock your car. (A REAL GE lock will not fall off when attached to a metal surface) The product shipped had a useless "magnet" that wouldn't even support the weight of the lock if attached to a metal surface. . . A "note" inside the supplied box suggested that instead of a magnet, the user should use the "supplied adhesive tape" to attach the lock. The embossed GE logo shown in the product description is NOT present on the delivered product. DO NOT BUY THIS ITEM if you are looking for a GENUINE GE Store-A-Key Combination Lock. . .
