The customer success team at codemasher are always available over chat or call with advice when you need it most - no matter what timezone! It takes some getting used too but once started its really easy to use especially if your self employed like me. I wish there was less choice - maybe 3 choices would help rather than 15 options we can pick from!! Not very many people know about this tool unless actively marketed by their sales department who will put pressure into them otherwise? Also not good visibility outside North America due to lack luster support network across other regions unfortunately. The support team has been great! They are always quick to respond when I need help with something. It's nice being able to pay someone else to do things you don't want or can't afford to spend time doing yourself. There isn't anything specific it doesn't work very well at this point. But there may be new features coming down the road soon that we'll definitely try once they're released. For now, it works just about perfectly fine.
