The included drywall anchors are no good! There is no shoulder to hold the anchor in the hole. Once you start tightening the screw, any pressure on the screw will push the anchor all the way through the wall and be lost forever. Never seen a drywall anchor without a shoulder. Luckily we have extra anchors and we used heavy duty anchors that you screw flush to the wall with a screwdriver, which is overkill for this flimsy mount. Keep in mind that if you don't have extra anchors, you'll be going to the hardware store to install drywall without bolts.
