While gaming, I accidentally caught my hand on the cable and pulled/displaced the magnetic connection on the headset. Headphone contacts shorted out, blacked out screen, resulting in catastrophic failure. Oculus tech support couldn't fix the issue and I had to send it in for repair. I highly recommend not using the magnetic, swiveling USB-C cable that comes with this battery mount. All other hardware that comes with it is otherwise pretty good.
