Review on Angle grinder Makita GA5034, 720 W, 125 mm, without battery by Dimitar Petrov ᠌
I don't see the good quality, it's nothing but downsides.
I asked the manufacturer's manager what sets this model apart from the GA 5030 before making a purchase. Considering I did not get a coherent response and nobody mentioned a full-length button, I think I'll try again.
Pros
- Power is instantly cut off (in theory) as the key is released, making it ideal for power users.
Cons
- An extremely inconvenient ignition switch. There is no key lock and no soft start. The broken key cannot be fixed. At least I enquired at the service center about the availability of such push-to-start buttons; they advise ordering from Hong Kong and waiting.
