Works for me!: Personal Care

My friend recommended this product to me as I was looking for a solid aluminum deodorant for a long time. I was a bit skeptical at first as I've tried so many aluminum free deodorants (Schmidt's, M3's, Arm & Hammer etc.) that just didn't work for me. She gave me her original Kopari scent to try and found it a bit sticky/slippery and smelled too sweet for me. Not to mention I did feel like my armpits were a little irritated, but I think that was because I had shaved earlier that day. But it didn't give me a bad smell. So I decided to bite the bullet and buy two packs of Charcoal fragrance (because they're $10 each versus $14 each) and I have to say I love it! It can be applied very gently, like hygienic lipstick on the armpits! I feel like once my skin gets used to the formula it is no longer sticky or slippery and keeps me feeling fresh most of the day without smelling! It feels a bit sticky from the first application, but now after a few minutes it softens and is no longer sticky. Even when I can feel my natural spice breaking through, the sandalwood scent masks it in a way that doesn't smell sour or awful - just a more natural spice, only I actually smell it, and I smell it weirdly enough. I have to admit I like it. Try it, do a spot test to make sure your skin reacts to it. My friend's sister also uses Kopari and she has very sensitive skin (even if she just scratches it from itching it starts to redden and scar a little) and it doesn't irritate her armpits at all. Good luck and I hope this works for you because it definitely works for me! :D
