First of all I don't blame the seller but the product. The fact is, these tweezers suck. . First, the pen ends up being too small to make a clear mark on the beads, so you'll either drop them or, like me, squeeze them hard and shoot the beads around your room, causing them to get lost. I like the shovel. but I rarely use it, most of the time I just used my hands and poured out a few beads for myself. Invest in something better overall. You can get tweezers from Revlon and they work much better. I used this and I was able to grab and place the beads much quicker as my tool wasn't resisting me.
