The team at L&V has been very responsive throughout my engagement - I can always reach someone via email or phone if needed! They were able to help guide me through some complicated transactions that involved multiple parties/entities. Communication was key during this process as we had several meetings over time where it could be hard to keep everyone aligned. There wasn't anything specific about their work product but they did an excellent job keeping us informed along the way. This transaction took longer than anticipated due to delays getting approvals but overall everything went smoothly.
