Before ordering the product, I contacted customer service via email to ensure that the supplied Lume Cube Panel Mini Shoe would fit my Canon VIXIA HF-21. I explained to him that he had an "Advanced Mini Shoe" and the email response I got was "Yes, no problem". After ordering I found it didn't fit and emailed the same department again telling them they were wrong and I provided the exact measurements of the shoes required. I received another reply that I can return it. What a joke and incompetence on the part of the people who work at Lume Cube! Waste of time and money because now I would have to spend another $30 to fix this issue by ordering additional third party shoes.
