The best thing about bell is that it provides all kinds of communication tools to its customers and even allows them to use their own devices such as computer or smart phones or tablets. It has an excellent customer service department which helps you to resolve your queries quickly. I would say that the only thing which i disliked was that i had to call bell many times to get my issues resolved. But in general everything is good with bell. If you are looking for a wide range of communication services then this is the product for you. We have been using bell for our business communications and we can't imagine life without it now. We have used email, SMS and phone calls but nothing beats the benefits of using the unified communication tool provided by bell. Our business needs are met very well through this product.
