Not exactly a peplum top

My daughter is 5 years old and I order size 7 which fits just right but as it fits 100% I don't know if it still fits. I don't really feel like the peplum top is more of a top, I don't like the drape, I thought it would be good as there is good visibility and it looks like a peplum in the picture. disappointment
