The product showed poor assembly and did not fit out of the box. The vertical rod holding the spinner was bent back (away from the candlestick) in such a way that the deer scratched the glass. I had to carefully bend it forward (hoping not to hear a loud click as it took quite a bit of effort to bend it straight). Then the filigree ring that sits on top was a bit elongated and too big. You can't make him sit up straight. With enough care and balance, it can be adjusted so that it is only noticeably crooked, rather than heavily crooked. If the object is touched or moved, the ring tilts more strongly again. It looks quite attractive, and once properly fixed, the reindeer whirl around like little fighter planes and are fun to walk around the room with. 3 stars for dynamic functionality, -2 stars for poor quality control.
