I've been having problems with no service/dropped calls on wifi for 1 year. Immediately after installing this booster I got the service and I haven't had any dropped calls! Took about 1 year. an hour to install, very easy, i use a cell mapper to find the best tower. just took the position and I didn't have to adjust the antenna at all. I had no bars or in-house service before the install and now 30ft. Apart from an indoor antenna I have 2 bands and the phone(s) work great. I installed the indoor antenna in the attic and the outdoor antenna to the existing PVC vent pipe at the top of the roof (I used large zip ties to hold it in place as the pipe was too big for the U-Bracket). It was a simple setup that worked great. Ran the coax down the pipe to the basement and back to the attic, they are very generous with the wire they supply. I'm very happy I received this product within 3 days of ordering, I was nervous it wouldn't work and I'd have to buy a more expensive model, but it works great in my whole holey house! If you have weak signal or no signal inside and signal outside, get and install this and you will be happy.
