Review on Auto Meter 2301 Autogage Tachometer by Tsuyoshi Tendencies

Originally wrote a good review. However, the speedometer stopped working and was under warranty. Called and spoke to Nick who said he would contact me about the warranty. I received an email from Revain saying Fastlane was closing my application two business days after my interview with Nick. I had to call back twice after not getting an answer. There is no decision. Then spoke to Zach, who introduced himself as the owner. Customer service shouldn't be judged by whether things go according to plan, but by when things go wrong. I still haven't received an answer and I'm totally disappointed. The decision must be clear. I want what I paid for. without paying more, it's because of the poor quality of the product (Autogage is an Autometer offshore product). I just can't believe the delay due to shipping. I paid once to get what I bought. How much would it cost if the replacement was sent by ground? For now, Overnight Air and upgrading to Tach wouldn't change my mind.
