I currently have an 11 inch iPad Pro which I have used with a Logitech keyboard but when I wanted to use the iPad as a tablet I had to fold the keyboard back because it was not removable. With this Brydge keyboard, not only can I detach the keyboard and store my iPad in a small protective case, but I also have a trackpad built into the keyboard. Attaching the iPad to the case is very easy. It's just as easy to detach the keyboard, which installs the magnets that hold the iPad to the keyboard. The connection between the iPad and the keyboard is via the Brydge app running in the background and you only need to open the app when you connect the keyboard for the first time. As for the functionality of the keyboard, it works exactly as one would expect from any keyboard. . It has backlit buttons, top row function keys for sound, brightness, etc. The trackpad works great and it's a tap to click on the bar, not a tap to click. Keyboard keys often leave fingerprints, but are easy to clean. It should be noted that this keyboard is designed to be used with the selected English language keyboard. If a language other than the default keyboard is selected in the iPad settings, some keys will not work properly, e.g. B. The question mark key starts typing and behaves like a hyphen. So, this is something to keep in mind if you plan to use this keyboard with a language other than English. Overall, this is a great wireless keyboard and I'm very happy with how it's performing for me.
