Review on Stylish And Sturdy AINGOO Metal Platform Bed Frame With Head & Footboard For Twin Beds by John Gray

Revainrating 3 out of 5

not great not terrible

The bed itself is alright, there’s nice room for storage underneath and it’s quiet everywhere but the exact middle. It’s like having one creaky step you have to jump over down the staircase😂. The headboard isn’t actually visible if you prop your pillows on it, which isn’t a huge deal to me but I was planning on wrapping some lights around the top bar which would be pointless. It was relatively easy to assemble instruction wise. I’m a petite female with hardly any building experience and I managed to do it by myself in about two hours. My only big problem with it is that I specifically was looking for a frame that doesn’t require a box spring, but the flats on the frame of this are either too thin or too spaced apart. the bottom of my mattress keeps sliding under the last flat and getting stuck like that. And my mattress is like 12” high so it’s not like a Flimsy lil piece of paper that would slide easily. It’s REALLY annoying.

Pros
  • The frame design eliminates the need for a bulky box spring, making it easier to move the bed
Cons
  • May be too narrow for those who move around in their sleep

The bed frame is too hard to put together and most of it fell apart before I could even assemble it together properly. Worst purchase ever.
