It's an amazing product that I never had before. My lower back is very sour and painful when the weather changes, and I was looking for something can keep warm a long time and easy to put on my back. I had been tried many products already, but no one works for me, except this hot water bottle. It can keep warm for many hours and easy to put on my back. You don't need to worry it too hot for your skin, because there is a super soft cover on it. It's a very useful product and good quality , highly recommended.
