They are pretty easy to use and they provide great support when it comes to questions. I like that they have a very clear pricing structure. Some of the features we wanted to implement were not available with their product. I think this is something that should be considered before making your purchase decision. They do offer an enterprise version so maybe some of those features will be included. Having a way to capture customer information such as email addresses, postal codes and phone numbers will help us to keep in touch with our customers. We also use retention commerce for data analysis and marketing automation.
