Only 10 pieces. Not 13.

I bought this item. After I finished the installation and threw away the packaging. I found that it was missing 3 small hooks. Also, the holes don't quite reach 16 inches at the end. It would be a lot easier if they made the holes exactly 16 inches off center so you could just mount them on studs instead of using anchors.
