I use the Glo Science teeth whitening kit at home and thought it would be nice to have a manual to track my progress. I've looked at an inexpensive $5 paper chart as well as a $20 kit that includes 3D teeth in 16 shades, but I've read that the shades are too dark and unreliable. So I opted for the more expensive BESI set with 20 shades. The set came in perfect condition, all teeth were present. The storage box is beautiful and well made. Each tooth can be extracted from the plastic holder, however I advise you to do this gently and carefully as the bond does not appear to be particularly strong. This morning I determined the tooth shades for the upper and lower teeth. I am planning to whiten my teeth today and will be checking the shades for the next few days and every day. Then I plan to watch the shadows darken each week. When they reach a certain threshold, I know it's time to bleach them again.
