Review on PTSLKHN by Kevin Brianne

I recently bought something from PTSLKHN's online shop in the hopes of finding high-quality goods for my home, health, and vision as well as accessories for my eyeglasses. My experience with their merchandise and client support, however, was incredibly disappointing. First of all, the merchandise I got was subpar. I bought a natural cleaning product, but it didn't work nearly as well as it was supposed to. The spray bottle itself was faulty and leaked all over my palms, wasting the product. When I contacted their customer service department, I received unhelpful and unrepentant answers. I was left feeling frustrated and dejected because it didn't seem like they were interested in my worries. Additionally, their return procedure is not accommodating to customers. They don't make it obvious on their website that the customer must pay for return shipping. I was very disappointed in the lack of openness and it felt like a bait-and-switch strategy. Overall, because of the poor service and product quality at PTSLKHN's online store, I would not suggest it. It's unfortunate because I had high expectations for their organic and environmentally friendly choices, but the lack of support and transparency makes the risk not worthwhile.
