
After reading some complaints about a faulty security system I just realized I'm the new owner of a Lemon and I'll have to throw through all the hoops just to get around get my money back I'm sure those of us who have installed one of these 16 chamber (wired) systems will understand what I'm talking about. I had already contacted tech support three times and was beginning to understand that a grim reality lay ahead. However, I noticed that the answers people were getting were just breadcrumbs for a possible solution; it was like this. I have sent a direct message to SMONET that I am unhappy with their system and if they cannot resolve the color issue (no color) I will request a full refund. About 90 minutes later I received a call from China. I was fortunate to contact a young woman (Sharon) who had an excellent knowledge of the system. She saved my day and not only solved my color problem but also helped me connect my phone and computer to the system. She even walked me through downloading Skype to my phone to get everything I needed to make the task easier. I hope all of you who faced similar issues can see this to help you with your problems.
