Heart rate sensor doesn't connect to apps

The sound quality is excellent, they fit well. The heart rate sensor does not connect to any app. When I select the device in several different apps, the headphones say "heart rate monitor is disabled" and then turn off. When you turn them back on, they calibrate, report heart rate, but still won't connect to the app.

Pros

14 HOURS OF GAME: Up to 14 hours of gameplay, or 6 hours with heart rate monitoring enabled. If you need to charge the battery urgently, a 15-minute charge will add 2 hours of playtime.

Cons
