It's just a steel tube that you put in the freezer. It works well with an already cold bottle as it increases the time it takes for the bottle to return to room temperature. An ice tray is no longer required to hold a bottle or add ice to a drink, making the stick a very good alternative. For a room temperature bottle, this cools down in about 5 minutes. It's useless though, I doubt this script is for that topic. Another issue is that I had trouble screwing the spout back on after freezing the stick. I had to dampen a washcloth with warm water and rub the inside of the hole to make it firmer.
