I read other reviews and looked at other products before purchasing. They come in a very nice box and come with a 6mm drill bit to enlarge the typical 0.2-0.215" hole used in my bookshelf. The only thing missing was the thickness of the bracket. be very consistent. I installed my shelves with a bracket under the pin. The thickness of the metal matched the thickness of my plastic pegs, which broke off leaving the plastic peg in a hole that I couldn't drill without severely damaging the hole in the wood. Instead, use a sharp pick to hammer over the broken plastic pin, then pry open repeatedly to allow the plastic pin to slide out. I'm so glad I ordered another box as I needed 72 clips for my bookshelf. Drilling a hole of the desired size and depth with the included drill bit is very easy.
