It works! I cover my sofas with old sheets because they are more occupied by dogs than people. Needless to say, Hunter's body oils soaked deep into my creamy sheets. It took a few washes but the sheets are without the big dark stains from this 60lb. Hippo. There are other things I've washed like Terry's white beach blanket that has turned gray. Also white again. And that easy. Didn't our mothers use it decades ago? Something to be said about the "old ways".
