Absolutely wonderful belt! Easily adjusts to your waist or hips. Something I hadn't thought of but love is that it's much quicker to buckle and unbuckle than a traditional belt. And as promised, it's flat and invisible under t-shirts! I will buy two more colors. PS: If you are in doubt about which size to order, I am too. My waist size was at the upper limit for one size and almost at the lower limit for the next size. Given the many adjustment options, the smaller size was big enough for me.
