Review on TP-Link 10GB PCIe Network Card (TX401) - 10 Gigabit Ethernet Network Adapter for Windows/Linux, Including CAT6A Ethernet Cable by Rich Ferguson

Got the 10Gbps version, looks cool and offers a smoother experience.

First of all I have to admit that I originally bought this in part because I was just looking for something to fill the second PCIEx16 slot on my MSI Z940 Tomahawk gaming motherboard as I already have a graphics NVIDIA -Got a processor in one, another reason I bought this is because I'm planning to upgrade my internet plan to a multi-gigabit plan in the future and the 2.5G port on the cellphone is broken. But after using this new card for a few days, I was surprised at how much it cost to buy. Since using this card, I've surfed the web, downloaded files, and connected to games much more smoothly. You are speed limited by your internet plan, so it didn't make my internet faster, let's just say, but this neat little device definitely managed to make my connection much more stable, smoother compared to connecting through the 1G port and less nervous about making a cell phone. If you're looking for a more stable web experience, planning to upgrade plans, or just want something potentially useful to fill an open PCIEx4 or x16 slot, I would definitely recommend this purchase.
