Yes, polyester is a synthetic linen. I know this, but if I wanted a synthetic version of linen I would look to polyester shirts. I'm going back to put a '100% polyester' tag on my 'linen' shirt that they advertised. This is a robbery, the shirt doesn't feel like soft linen, they got me but I will never buy anything from these scammers again. Save money, look for a linen/cotton blend, and use a well-known brand. The Revains brand is a cheaper blend of cotton and linen, but it's not a total lie like this company.
