Simply follow the size chart to find the right helmet size. Mine fits perfectly! Also, nowhere in the description does it say it comes with gloves and goggles so I really wasn't expecting it to come with those but to my surprise they are included. Glasses are cheap but good. The same goes for gloves, which are not very high quality, but are suitable for my use. I ride an electric scooter and use these gloves for this purpose. I will use my real motorcycle gloves. A helmet is also worn when riding a scooter, which is sufficient for this purpose. My scooter only goes up to 20 km/h. The visor of the helmet is adjustable and stays in place. it is also well ventilated.
