Update: One of the company's founders contacted me after I posted this review and immediately sent the promised jug along with a little bonus knife sharpener. All people and people make mistakes. What impressed me was how the company handled this situation. I am very impressed with Zulay's customer service and will definitely be a repeat customer! PS - My frother, pitcher and knife sharpener are fantastic and all work great! I received this foamer and at first I liked it. I was very excited when there was a flyer in the box that said if I write a review on Amazon and email them I'll get a free foamer. I've wanted a pitcher for a long time so I was excited! I wrote a good (5 stars!) review but it never came. If I hadn't been promised a free product I wouldn't have complained. The blower works great and does what it's supposed to. But I will not recommend or buy again based on this experience here. I'm wondering if the other reviews are real.
