I bought one of these, it was about 2 years old and it blew. It was as if he smelled it. then i bought another one thinking maybe i could get 5-10 yrs but that just happened last week. Remove the cover and check if the internal fuses are blown. Hopefully . This one is 18 months old. I think I'll have to look for another brand. Updated 07/25/2021. I've just opened up the inverter and found that 4 x 40 amp fuses have blown, just replaced them and we'll see if it works. See you soon 😎 **Update 7.26.21** After installing a new fuse inverter I first connected the hot wire and then tried to connect the ground wire but the inverter had a hard bottom inside so I tried seaweed , until smoke came out of it. I opened it up again and checked and it's the same problem I had with my first one which was exactly the same. A diode popped out so I'll probably buy a different brand. If the company will do something like this long after the release of the new one.
