The most useful feature is that it helps you manage your bookings in one place! It's also very easy to use - I can easily find what services my clients need from me without having to search through different sites or apps. There are some minor bugs with the software (for example, sometimes if you have many open tabs at once, they will close themselves when you refresh). However, these issues aren't too big of an inconvenience as long as you know how to work around them. Also, there are several integrations available so this isn't something new for our team. We've been able to save time by managing all of our client communications via Booking Social.
