Review on 🔌 36-inch PMMA Plastic Optic Fiber Side Glow Cable for LED Light Source (4mm) by Adam Martin

Like many others, my Asus Strix graphics card's OEM optical cables have fogged up and no longer illuminate the center left side of my GPU. For aesthetic reasons I mounted my GPU vertically in the case as my O11D is wide enough not to create cooling obstructions like older thinner cases do. My graphics card is Asus Strix OC 2080Ti. I didn't want to bother getting that RMA and would still have to use the video if I send it in (no I won't be using my integrated graphics as I want to play my games lol). I ordered this optical cable (you need 0.16 inch or 4mm version for Asus graphics card) for DIY repair. I pulled out the old cables and measured the length I would need. The .16" kit gives you enough for both pieces with a little extra length, but not enough for 3, so don't get confused if you're doing this as a DIYer. I recommend cutting the length slightly longer than necessary in case you need to trim off the excess. Remember, it's better to cut long than short first. The card looks great again. Thank you!
