Seems to be working reasonably well. It's definitely not a perfect replacement for the original, the brightness is a bit dim on the sides and it's a bit thin for a 4mm card, but it's better than what the fiber has become after a year of using the card. I wish it was a little cheaper, if it's less than 3 feet I can only get a 1.5 spare and I thought the description said 3 feet. I would have ordered a larger pack if I had known, but that's my fault and not reflected in the review.

Sideglow effect is weak. Most of the light gets to the other end of the cable (end glow). When illuminated with a pure white LED, the side glow is blue instead of white (see figure). The title speaks for itself. I have a Strix 1080 card which, like any other Strix card, quickly loses visual appeal.
