This lamp fits my bed perfectly! I have very little space between my side of the bed and the wall. I was looking for a lamp that would fit on my shelf as well as under the sloping ceiling and was the perfect size. It's so cute and matches my decor which is a bonus! One of the reasons I bought this lamp was that it had charging ports. The nearest outlet is on the same wall and I always had to be careful not to get my feet tangled in my device's power cords. I love the warmth of the light that the lamp gives off and makes the bedroom cozy. As others have said, it wasn't difficult, but it did take a few times to figure out how to control the light. Just one touch to turn on or off, but touch and hold until the light reaches your desired brightness. The product also arrived on time as promised and was in perfect condition. UPDATE: I suddenly had problems with the lamp after a few months. As if it were possessed and had a mind of its own! Lol It either didn't turn on at all or turned on at the lowest level and wouldn't let me adjust it. If I leave it on, after 2-3 minutes it suddenly turns on at full brightness and scares me to death! haha In the end the lightbulb got so dim when I turned it on that I had to look closely to see if it was even on. If I wiggled it, loosened or tightened it, I would sometimes find a good balance and the lamp would come back on at full brightness, but there was no dimmer. I contacted the company for a replacement and had a new lamp in my door in just 2 days. The new lamp works perfectly, just like the first one. Let's see how this one behaves because I love him very much!
