I am professional makeup artist with 12 years experience and hairdresser with 5 years experience. I'm always looking for a good place to store all my gear, especially for the wedding season. Overall, I really like this make-up bag. However, there are things that need to be adjusted. First the body had to be assembled. It broke during assembly, but that was all my fault. I just taped it in place and it's hidden by the outer shell. There's no reason why the company shouldn't come together to make it more convenient and less complicated for the customer. Second, my outer case was actually slightly smaller than the insert inside. Hence my first problem with the case. Third, the top lids are not rigid when the brushes or bowls are in the top zippered compartment. They're soft so they twist and flop which is very frustrating when I'm trying to put things away. You could definitely replace the zippered top caps with hard ones. In terms of organization, this is a large suitcase that will fit most of my beauty items. I still need my trolley and will be putting this suitcase, a roll of paper towels, rubbing alcohol, styling sprays and extra sponges in the suitcase. I'm so organized and I love how much easier this case makes it for me to work. If the company fixes these issues I will definitely buy again. Again, I recommend buying this case as is, but there are definitely ways to make modifications.
