I'm giving this Balance Ball Chair 3 stars because the included ball was THE WRONG SIZE (see pixs) and luckily I had a 65" ball in my arsenal of exercise equipment & My ball fit Perfectly. I put it together in less than 5 mins. and all the wheels are lockable which is great because I know I won't fall on my butt when I sit. Aside from that the Chair & my 65" ball is already relieving my hip pains from all these other office chairs & I wish I had brought one of these chairs years ago but I thought they would be too short for my 5' 10" height but it's perfect. This company needs to DOULBE CHECK that package is correct because everyone does not have an "extra ball" hanging around.
