I read some comments here that the thing is hard to hit, which is why I bought it. I'm sick of my nose rings falling out and getting lost, so I figured if it's hard to get in, it's going to be hard to get out. So this thing was very hard to hit 100% like wow. I actually took a pair of needle nose pliers and bent the loop very, very slightly to give myself a little more room. It worked and I had no problems with it at all. It's very safe. In my opinion the stone is a bit small. I would like the stone to be 2.5 or 3mm but I don't think the company makes those sizes. But it's a very secure nose ring that won't fall out, which is what I wanted. If they made a 2.5mm or 3mm stone with the same inlay design I would buy it again and give it five stars.
