The watch comes with 1/4 second accuracy from time.gov. I liked it very much! Bold, stylish look. It may look too big and chunky on small hands/arms. Very easy to read. For example, different backlight brightness settings. Great functionality without all the extra features that just mess things up! My only minor complaint is that I don't think setting the max backlight time to 3 seconds (1-3 seconds optional) isn't quite enough. The brightest setting is useful as a last resort flashlight in very dark situations. A 5 second backlight setting would be great for that extra purpose. Also, when setting an alarm/timer in the dark, I have to keep pressing the light button to see what I'm doing. It would also be a nice addition to the "stay awake" feature when you press any key. Again, these are minor complaints. I like the watch a lot, especially for this price!
