FUN provides excellent customer support. Whenever I've emailed them, they respond quickly with answers to my questions. They take very detailed notes of what their customers are asking for and make adjustments accordingly. My favorite feature is that you can view all orders right from the page without having to scroll through pages or emails. They also provide custom logos for each order which is great! This makes it much easier to recognize your business when we're presenting our product to new clients. There's nothing really bad about this program - everything works as expected. However, there may be some things missing / unnecessary features but those don't bother me that much. We use FUN to create our online catalog and sales reports. The best thing about FUN is that they have lots of templates for you to pick and choose from. I like being able to quickly update our catalogs. It's helpful not only for us but for any potential future customers who find us through Google searches since our company name, address, phone number etc are easily linked. The customer service. They are very helpful and they respond quickly to any questions or issues that you may have. They also do not charge for any questions or concerns that you may have. I wish there were more support options outside of phone calls. There are some things that it would be nice if we could access from our computer but this is difficult since most of their products are used from your phone. It helps us keep track of all of our clients information.
