I have been using this Neutrogena lotion for over 10 years
My dermatologist originally recommended this lotion for my face. Like many people, I have combination skin with oily and dry areas. I mainly use this gentle lotion on dry areas of the eyelids and around the eyes. This is perfect for my needs and I will be a regular customer for years to come. If you have very dry skin, this lotion may be too gentle for your needs.
