Lots of eggs: storage and organization

I get "real" organic eggs from a colleague's chickens. Sometimes I get a lot, sometimes just a few. I had 2 of these trays so I have plenty of storage space now. They fold pretty well and the lid doesn't accidentally slide off like I had in my fridge. I like pulling the lip on one end. The tray isn't high enough to stack the eggs on top of each other (even if you tip them or turn them on their sides), but that's okay. The holes are quite large and only 5% of the largest eggs are filled. Just a great eggshell.
