Review on PackIt Freezable Lunch Closure Black by Cassie Turner

We have several PackIts and the last design was disappointing. No doubt the designers had a reason for making each change, but we find them disappointing. Changing the position of the handle from attaching to the lid of the bag to attaching to the back of the bag shifts the weight of the bag off the lid (and thus the Velcro between lid and bag), but is now off-center. and makes carrying the bag difficult. A zip under the lid can help keep the cold in, but the zip itself has semi-angular edges that are difficult to close. Finally, the two-piece base (as opposed to the previous one-piece) allows for a larger bag but is less stable when the bag is standing. Neither is a deal killer, but the previous design was more comfortable to use and carry around.
